The company was started in 2006 and since that date has grown from strength to strength by completing larger developments across the region with our base firmly in Bridgwater, Somerset.
Our thoughtfully-designed schemes and bespoke approach provide homeowners with quality homes they can be proud to own.
Superior Design & Build – All our homes are built to the highest standards with quality workmanship and exceptional design incorporating sustainable building materials and innovative building methods.
As developers, we want to have control over the entire planning and design process right through to the exceptional high-quality build and finish of all our homes.
Our aim has always been to design our own development schemes and not use or inherit some other designer’s scheme. This ensures each development is unique and full of character resulting in each home being spacious with thoughtfully designed floorplans.
We have never built homes using timber frames (generally used by the large housebuilders in the interests of shortening construction times) as we believe they are of inferior quality. All our new build homes use traditional brick and block build with a full plaster finish so that we are left with a quality product that will last a lifetime.
Saleem Arif – Managing Director
Saleem has over 18 years experience in managing a growing development business with oversight and involvement across all aspects of the business.
Naeem Arif – Construction Director
Naeem has over 18 years experience in constructing residential homes ranging from one-bedroom flats through to five-bedroom detached executive homes across Somerset.
James Cutler – Technical Director
James has extensive experience in project and process management and is responsible for ensuring technical specifications across all our developments are met.
John Mills – Project Manager
John is a former Site Manager for several major housebuilders and has over 30 years experience in the building industry.
Paul Treston– Land & Planning Director
Paul is an experienced development professional with over 30 years experience in Iand acquisitions for PLCs and regional residential developers and is responsible for sourcing new development sites with and without planning.
Vicki Cutler – Project Administrator
Vicki has over 10 years experience with accounting and bookkeeping and was formerly part of the Debenhams accounting team.
In addition, we continue to foster close working relationships with over 75 sub-contractors across various trades many of whom have being working with us across several projects over the years.
We are looking to hire an experienced Land and Planning manager and a Bookkeeper.
